We’ve been in this business for over 20 years and as a result we know what stairlifts work the best. We only choose the best stairlifts to install and offer a minimum of 2 years warrantee on our stairlifts – both new and reconditioned. That’s because we focus on only getting the best quality stairlifts in to refurbish, and we thoroughly inspect and replenish the second hand stairlifts which we use. Only when they meet our strict criteria do they pass the test and go out for installation.

UK Stairlifts, (formerly ALS Stairlifts), has been in business installing stairlifts since the early 2000’s. Director Scott Whitworth still keeps customers happy with regular service and installations which he personally supervises. The aim of UK Stairlifts is to offer first class stairlift installation and after-sales service. We don’t just fit stairlifts, we make sure you’re happy with the entire process from start to finish. Stairlift Installers – Narrow & Awkward Staircase?
Some of our customers come to us with a particularly narrow or awkward staircase. It’s not a problem for some of today’s most adaptable stairlifts! For example, the Flow X from Thyssen is one of the most dynamic stairlifts and can fit a narrow staircase as narrow as 61cm in width! It folds down to only 34cm wide when not in use – leaving plenty of room for other household members who might be using the stairs.
