We believe in using the best stairlift brands because we offer guarantees on all our stairlifts. With a lesser brand, there might be more common faults which show up over time. So we choose only the best brands to use for both new and reconditioned stairlifts.
For reconditioned stairlifts in particular, choosing a high quality brand is of the utmost importance. If a stairlift should present a problem after the sale, we stand by our guarantee of 2 years with a reconditioned unit. That means all parts, labour and call out charges are covered for the customer.
