We choose the highest quality stairlifts from the top brands. That’s because we believe these brands will offer the best value and give you the fewest problems. We don’t bother with brands we think are below par. If a sub-par brand was used, it would show up later in faults and problems. So we wouldn’t be able to offer our 2 year guarantees in good faith knowing that many of the less than best brands were going to, at some point let you down!
We stand by our guarantees and will come out to any stairlift if there’s a problem. That includes our reconditioned stairlifts which carry a 2 year guarantee. All parts, labour and call out charges are covered for a full 2 years.

Many of the stairlift fittings are done by Scott himself and he has a very hands on approach to the business.
